A grand jury will take up the case of a man suspected of drunk driving and killing a passenger. Investigators believe the driver, Jaspaul Dhesi, may have been attempting a stunt.

Police think Dhesi was trying a stunt called drifting. He lost control, killing his friend when he crashed.

Dhesi crashed last month on West 25th Street, his BAC was four times the legal limit. Police think it happened after some drinking at the Muni Lot before a Browns game, and a couple of bars afterwards.

Investigators tell us that Dhesi had a strong interest in drifting.

Cleveland Accident Investigators have seen drifting as a factor in other similar crashes. They say it's a move that is dangerous even for experienced drivers.
