Ohio State makes it in College Football Playoffs

The Ohio State Buckeyes impressed the committee enough last night with their 59-0 victory over Wisconsin to win the Big Ten Championship to put them in the College Football Playoffs.

With a 12-1 record the Buckeyes beat out 11-1 TCU, who also won huge last night by a 52 point margin, but that was not against a team like

Wisconsin. The only loss the Buckeyes suffered was against Virginia Tech earlier in the year.

What is even more impressive is they have done this without Braxton Miller who was an early Heisman favorite, Braxton would be lost for the season before even starting the season. Ohio State would turn to J.T Barrett, and he would start off slow but would come on strong and was working his way to becoming a Heisman candidate himself, however Barrett would be lost for the season due to a injury he suffered against Michigan. The team would now turn to another quarterback, this time former Glenville quarterback, Cardale Jones.

When all the chips were down on the Buckeyes, Cardale Jones picked them up and impressed in his first start by stomping Wisconsin 59-0 and it was enough to impress the committee.

The other three teams that made it were Alabama, Oregon, and Florida St.

Ohio State will take on # 1 ranked Alabama with their first match up.
