The FBI has made an update to Ashley Summer's missing poster. She has a tattoo on her right arm. The tattoo is a red heart with the name "GENE" in black..

Ashley Summers was reported missing by her mother to the Cleveland Police Department. Ashley was last seen near her residence on the west side of Cleveland on July 6, 2007.

Numerous sightings of Ashley have been reported to the FBI and Cleveland Police Department. Most of these sightings have been reported months after the actual sighting occurred. All tips, sightings and leads have been followed up on and have not resulted in locating Ashley.

Ashley would be 21 years old now. Her family, law enforcement and the community would like to locate Ashley. Tips can remain anonymous and reward money is available for information leading to the successful recovery of Ashley.

Linda Summers, Ashley's step grandmother told 19 Action News, "We love you Ashley. We want you to come home. You have little brothers and sisters you don't even know."

She went on to say, "We have every reason to believe she's alive. When we hear of bodies being found we sit with bated breath just waiting. But if they can find those three girls missing for 10 years right under our noses, she could be right under our nose and we're just missing her."
