wants the season to be merry and bright for customers this year. To help with the hustle of the holidays, select Post Offices in northern Ohio will open from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. on the Sunday leading up to Christmas Day — December 21.
“As we count down to the holidays, we know how stressful the season can be as we rush to get everything done on time,” said Northern Ohio District Manager Melvin J. Anderson. “Opening on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in select Post Offices will help our customers check holiday mailing off their list,” he said.
“With a little help from the Postal Service, you can prepare your holiday shipments with ease so you can get back to enjoying this special time of year,” Anderson said. “We expect to deliver about 15.5 billion cards, letters and packages nationwide this year, and we're hoping that opening select retail operations on Sundays will help smooth the process.”
