LeBron, Love help Cavaliers sting Hornets

LeBron racked up another double-double, going for a game-high 27 points and 13 assists, and Kevin Love hit the mark as well, throwing down 22 points and pulling down 18 rebounds, as the Cavaliers snapped a two-game skid with a 97-88 win over the Charlotte Hornets on Monday night.

The Cavaliers set the tone early, scoring the first 19 points of the game, before easing up and allowing the Hornets to claw their way back in the second quarter. Kemba Walker, who led the Hornets with 24 points, cut the lead to three in the quarter, before the Cavs pulled away again.

Kyrie Irving added 16 points, and Tristan Thompson came off the bench to contribute 10.

The Cavaliers get back to work Wednesday at the "Q", hosting the Atlanta Hawks.
