WARRENSVILLE HEIGHTS, OH (WOIO) - The driver accused of hitting and killing a man changing a tire on the highway will be sentenced today. The accident happened Feb. 2 on I-480W in Warrensville Heights. 
Lester Mitchell, 64, of Twinsburg was killed.
Mitchell's wife was in the car and witnessed the accident.
Andrew Picha, 21, of Mayfield is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide.
Police officers say Picha was drunk at the time of the crash.  He did stop after the crash and stayed on the scene. 

EAST PRICE HILL (FOX19) - An East Price Hill man is accused of stealing Christmas trees from Kroger's parking lot in the 3600 block of Warsaw Ave.
Cincinnati police said they saw Michael Denny, 44, stealing eight trees just before 9:30 a.m. Monday.
He drove a green ATV at the time. Police discovered the vehicle also was stolen from a dealership. 
They found the ATV - and Denny - about an hour later a few blocks away. 
He is held in lieu of $10,000 bond at the Hamilton County jail on charges of theft and receiving stolen property.
The stolen trees are valued at $240, court records show.
