(WOIO) - Cities are beginning to issue parking bans, due to the amount of snow some areas have received or are expecting.
The city of Akron has issued a snow emergency parking ban for all city streets effective at 6 p.m. Monday until further notice. Cars not moved may be towed by the city.
Cuyahoga Falls has issued a citywide parking ban.
Brunswick Hills Township has activated a snow emergency until further notice.
The city of Ravenna has activated a snow ban effective immediately lasting until 8 a.m. Tuesday. All vehicles are to be off of all streets to permit snow removal.
