Late Wednesday afternoon, around 5:45 p.m., the mother of a 13-year-old girl called the Summit County Sheriff's Office to report her daughter was missing.
A few hours later, deputies witnessed the missing girl get out of a car in the city of Green. Deputies stopped the car and questioned the driver, Ralie Abraham, 23, of Parma.
Abraham told police he met the teen through an online dating website and arranged a meeting with her in the city of Green. The investigation revealed that Abraham engaged in sexual conduct with the juvenile.
The Summit County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant at Abraham's Parma home and confiscated computers, drug paraphernalia, and stolen property.
Ralie Abraham was arrested and charged with unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. He is being held in the Summit County Jail.
