The teen accused of fighting with RTA Police was arraigned Friday.

18-year-old Daishawn Richards was arrested Wednesday night on the Red Line.

Richards pled not guilty to aggravated disorderly conduct.

Cell phone video shows RTA Police trying to take the 18-year old off the train for selling a bus/train pass.

Several people can be seen recording the incident on cell phones. From the crowd you hear, "That ain't protect and serve. How do you have a badge? What's your badge number?" and, "He didn't read him his rights."

Finally, two more officers got involved. A taser was used and he was finally removed.

A judge let Richards out on his own recognizance. His next court date has not been set.
