Cleveland Browns cornerback Joe Haden, along with Steelers wide receiver, Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray, and Texans defensive lineman J.J Watt have been named player captains for the 2015 Pro Bowl, the NFL announced on Thursday.
The Pro Bowl will be played at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Arizona, which is the site of Super Bowl XLIX.
Pro Football Hall of Famers Cris Carter and Michael Irvin will serve as alumni team captains. The four captains will help Carter and Irvin determine the Pro Bowl squads.
Murray and Haden will be paired to work together, and Browns and Watt will work together.
This is the second year that the Pro Bowl will be "unconferenced." The Pro Bowl will serve as the signature event to kick off Super Bowl week. The game will be played on January 25, at 8:00 P.M. The Super Bowl will be played one week later on Sunday, February 1.
