Woman convicted for domestic violence killing now almost killed in domestic incident

We've found a spotlight on domestic violence as a Cleveland woman has now become attacker

and

survivor.

James Anderson is now facing charges of felony assault, domestic violence and abduction for an attack on the woman at a home on Lenacrave in Cleveland.

The woman had just started getting her life back together after serving six years in prison for involuntary manslaughter. She stabbed a man in an incident that a report shows started with "ex-boyfriend disturbing."

In this latest case, records show a judge almost let Anderson walk right out of jail to go back home. Then the judge went back and raised bond to $50,000 to keep Anderson locked up.
