President Barack Obama will address a joint session of Congress at 9 p.m. to lay out his outlook for the country in 2015.
He is expected to touch on national and international topics, including the economy, ISIS and cybersecurity. This will be the first time in his presidency he will speak to a Congress controlled by Republicans.
