A trial date has been set for Cleveland police officer Michael Brelo. He will stand trial on April 6 for his involvement in the deadly Cleveland police chase in 2012.
Brelo's charged with two counts of voluntary manslaughter after he fired 49 of the 137 shots during the chase.
Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams died at the end of the chase.
Five other officers have been charged with dereliction of duty.
Brelo has pleaded not guilty.
