Cleveland Police search for robbery suspect targeting women

Sex Crimes and Child Abuse Unit is asking for your help to find a man wanted for aggravated robbery, burglary and theft.

Police say the man seems to target women, and has been connected to three attacks in public housing near East 55th Street and Woodland Avenue as the women were entering their homes.

Over the past several months, police say the man has approached women on a silver and black bicycle and threatened the women with a silver and black gun.

Police say the suspect has made some of the victims enter their homes at gunpoint, and in each case has forced the victims to remove some or all of their clothing.

We're told he also forced one of the victims to touch herself in a sexual manner.

In each case, police say he took their money or property from them.

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5'1" with a stocky build, wearing a hooded sweatshirt with the hood pulled tight and a black face mask.
