MENTOR, OH (WOIO) - A Mentor man and an accused drug dealer have been arrested.

According to the police department's Facebook page, during an investigation undercover officers purchased heroin from 29-year-old David Tate. Officers determined 51-year-old Rob Weinman was allowing Tate to use his driveway to sell heroin.
