A hearing is set to being at 9 a.m. Thursday for two out of three men convicted in a 1995 murder.

The Innocence Project has been working with Eugene Johnson, Derrick Wheatt and Laurese Glover.

All three were convicted in the murder of Clifton Hudson, Jr., 19, of Elyria, on Strathmore Ave. in East Cleveland on Feb. 10, 1995.

Hudson was shot multiple times by a shooter in the back of a black Blazer-type truck.

All three are serving 15 years-to-life for his murder. Johnson and Wheatt were given an additional three-year term because a gun was involved.

In 2004, one of the main witnesses, then 14-year-old Tamika Harris, changed her story and said they weren't the men she saw.

The men are asking for a new trial. Today's hearing is for Wheatt and Glover only.

Johnson's hearing is scheduled for a later date.
