STRASBURG, OH (WOIO) - There has been a breakthrough in the murder investigation of an elderly couple from Strasburg, OH. One suspect is in custody and already faced a judge.

Now, the Cleveland Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation for the Northern District of Ohio has announced a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the second suspect, Robert Roy Clark.

Authorities say Clark is traveling with 28-year-old Jeffrey Caley and 27-year-old Tabatha Marie Hazel, both of Canton. All three have been identified in surveillance video at the robberies and have displayed a sawed off shotgun and a pistol. They are all considered armed and extremely dangerous.

Police are hoping new surveillance video could lead them to them.

Blazin' Burgers is a place people come for good food. It's also a place where they feel safe to talk, but Carol Starkey hasn't felt safe in a while she says.

"I think everybody's glad there are going to be some answers, that they don't have to worry about their neighbors," says Carol.

Over the weekend, police arrested 21-year-old Jeffrey Stewart for the murders of Lillian and Doyle Chumney. He implicated Robert Clark from Canton.

Clark has been on the run since the Chumneys' bodies were found in their burned car. Investigators say he has robbed stores in West Virginia, Georgia and South Carolina.

In Strasburg, residents keep a close eye on social media, hoping police close in on Clark.

Although, William Longacre still wonders if the Chumneys knew their killers. He prays police catch up with Clark soon.

"We all thought it had to be someone close to them," says Longacre.

"We are currently working with authorities in West Virginia, Ohio and Georgia. It looks like these three traveled to Georgia after they left our jurisdiction and were involved in another armed robbery in Donalsonville," said Anderson County Sheriff John Skipper.

A federal warrant has been obtained for Clark for Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution on a homicide warrant. Felony warrants have also been issued by the Kanawha County, West Virginia Sheriff's Office for all three suspects.

The FBI has initiated a national billboard campaign and established a national Tip Line for information on the location of Clark, Caley and Hazel. If you have seen them or have information on their whereabouts, please call 1-800-CALL-FBI and press "option one" or contact Investigator Tracy Call at (864) 260-4061 or via e-mail at TCall@andersonsheriff.com.
