Inside Malley's Chocolates flagship store in Cleveland it's nice, warm and super busy.
That's why back in 1996 they decided to open drive through lanes in the parking lot for their famous chocolate covered strawberries and grapes.
But on a day when it's 15 degrees outside, they've had to think of everything to keep these temporary workers warm inside their toll booths of boxed loved.
"I have several layers of clothes on. I have hand warmers. But I'm OK. It's not bad at all (the wind is). I don't feel anything," said one worker sitting next to a heater.
Since this is Malley's, all workers are supplied with hot chocolate.
In a 24-hour span, some 20,000 cars will pull through, pick up, and pack away the chocolates from employees, like Phyllis Clymer.
"This is my first day," said Clymer. "I'm having fun!"
It must be fun, because even though this is one of the coldest days, Clymer is already saying she'd like to work the holiday again next year.
"You know what? Malley's is a happy place. Smells good. Tastes good. It's just so much fun and everybody is happy," Clymer said.
