WARRENSVILLE HEIGHTS, OH (WOIO) -

The Warrensville Heights Police Department is offering a $5,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest and conviction in the killing of 49-year-old resident, Marc Lanier. The Police Department is asking anyone with any information about the January 27th slaying to contact the department at (216) 581-1234.

“It is our hope that this reward will generate some additional leads in our case,” said Chief of Police Wesley Haynes. “With the community's help, we were able to make an arrest in another high-profile homicide, and we hope this reward will motivate others who may have critical information to come forward as well.”

On Tuesday, January 27, 2015 Mr. Lanier was gunned down in his Warrensville Heights home on the 20000 block of Wickfield Avenue around 12:25 a.m.
