The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force has announced the capture of fugitive Michael Marbuery-Davis.
Around 8 a.m. Thursday, the NOVFTF arrested Marbuery-Davis at a residence in the 15300 block of Glencoe Avenue in Cleveland's North Collinwood neighborhood. During the arrest, task force officers located a loaded pistol nearby.
Marbuery-Davis had been a fugitive since May 2014 when he failed to appear in Lake County Common Pleas Court on charges of possession of heroin, possession of cocaine, and possession of marijuana. Marbuery-Davis was also wanted by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office on seven counts of trafficking in heroin, five counts of possession of drugs and for being a felon in possession of a firearm.
