A memorial is popping up on the front porch of the home shared by Will Williams and Dana Johnson.

Will, the 34-year-old brother of Cleveland Police Chief Calvin Williams, was shot and killed early Tuesday morning.

Dana Johnson, the mother of two of Will's children is the prime suspect.

19 Action News Investigative Reporter Scott Taylor obtained the police report that spells out a massive hunt for Dana Johnson early Tuesday
morning.

In the police report, a man at the scene said Will Williams' girlfriend was acting strangely.

The man goes on to say that Williams was dead inside the house on Grantwood Avenue.

Johnson's name pops up on the report as a suspect. The man told EMS that Johnson admitted to killing Williams.

A massive manhunt began criss-crossing the city and beyond.

Police went to Johnson's grandmother's house and other homes, including one in Euclid looking for Johnson's car.

Hours later Johnson shot herself in the head in Pennsylvania after being confronted by state troopers.

Johnson is in critical condition at a Pittsburgh hospital.
