Indianapolis, IN - With LeBron James resting a sore back, and Kyrie Irving out with a shoulder strain, the Cavaliers came up short against the Indiana Pacers on Friday night, falling 93-86 at Bankers Life Fieldhouse, only their third loss in their past 21 games.
J.R. Smith led the Cavaliers with a game-high 21 points, while Kevin Love threw down 17 and pulled down 10 rebounds, but it wasn't enough to overcome a double-digit deficit in the second half. The Cavs trailed by 13 into the fourth quarter before rallying, but the rally fell short.
George Hill led the Pacers with a triple-double, accounting for 15 points, 12 assists and 10 rebounds.
The loss was the Cavs' 10th straight in Indiana.
