LeBron James passes Ray Allen on All-Time scoring list

Cleveland Cavaliers Forward LeBron James has passed Ray Allen on the All-Time scoring list in the Cavaliers 110-79 win against the Boston Celtics Tuesday night.

James now ranks No.21 on the list with 24,508 points.

"I didn't know until I came to the bench and the guys congratulated me, and I was like, 'For what? For making a layup?" James said during the postgame. "To know that I passed him tonight, it's very humbling. I guess I've done some pretty good things in this league so far."

Earlier in the season James passed Allen Iverson on the scoring list and he surpassed Scottie Pippen for most career assist by a frontcourt player.

LeBron James took to Instagram to show respect to his former teammate, "Learned so much from one of my favorite people in the whole world @rayn34!! Every single day he gave me knowledge about either basketball, family, being a professional, handling it all both on and off the court!! Thanks for allowing me in the history books with u Jesus Shuttlesworth. Miss and love u bro!!"

James is now 307 points behind No. 20 on the list, Patrick Ewing.
