DDIW: Push Trainer

DDIW: Push Trainer

(WOIO) - A new product is designed to make it easy to get you back on track with your weight loss resolutions.

A Rocky River man has invented something called the Push Trainer. It's a portable, lightweight device he says strengthens muscles and burns calories in less than 15 minutes a day.

But you ask, "Danielle, Does It Work?"

Emily Marvin and Matthew Kokish both say they need to step up their work out routine.

"I would rather find something I can do at home," says Emily. "I have two boys running around and I keep very busy."

"Lately I've been doing nothing. I've been sleeping and eating," says Matthew.

Based on the instructions, the product is pretty simple to use.

"Choose one specific exercise and perform three to five sets of 10 to 15 repetitions. The level of difficulty can be adjusted by turning the air release dial," Emily reads.

With the Push Trainer you can work out your chest, shoulders, arms and legs.

"The level of difficulty can be adjusted by turning the air release dial," continues Matthew. "One is the easiest while seven is the most difficult."

Matthew tried the leg workout and thought it was a little awkward to use.

"That's still kinda funny. This is basically just like a Thigh Master," he said.

Matthew did like the shoulder moves.

Emily tried the chest exercises and said, "I can feel it in my biceps."

They're both hoping this gets them back into the swing of things.

"I'm hoping that it will motivate me to do other exercises," Matthew says.

Emily adds, "It's always fun to try something new and different."

You can buy the Push Trainer for $60. It's $50 if you say you heard about it on 19 Action News.
