Firefighters are on the scene of a working house fire on the city's east side. It started around 10:45 a.m. in the 1600 block of East 82nd Street. Four adults and three children were in the home at the time.

A 27-year-old man in the home sustained chest burns. A Good Samaritan drove him to the Cleveland Clinic.

Officials say the fire started in the attic, but the cause has not been determined.
