2015 NFL Draft, player profile: Amari Cooper

The Cleveland Browns own the 12th and 19th overall pick in the 2015 NFL Draft. This is a player profile guide of potential players the Browns can draft. Day 1 kicks off with Alabama wide receiver Amari Cooper.

Cooper played three seasons for the Crimson Tide, totaling 3,4?? yards and 2? touchdowns. The Crimson Tide wide receiver really made a name for himself in 2014 where he had his best season, snagging in 124 catches for 1,727 yards and 16 touchdowns.

Cooper was a Heisman finalist in 2014, Oregon QB Marcus Mariota would end up winning the Heisman, Cooper finished in third.

With Josh Gordon being suspended for the 2015 season, Cooper can add that speed and big play ability to the Browns. The Browns need a true #1 receiver and Cooper can fill that need.

Combine numbers:

4.42 seconds in the 40-yard dash

33 inch vertical jump

120 inch broad jump

From people who have really studied Cooper, they will tell you that the Heisman Finalist gets "it" and it comes naturally to him. Not many Browns fans would be upset with the Browns selecting Cooper with the 12th overall pick.

The first-round of the 2015 NFL Draft takes place on April 30.
