Coroner confirms body found is Aaron Zimmerman, vigil set for Saturday

LORAIN COUNTY, OH (WOIO) - One day after a body was found, the

confirmed that it is that of Aaron Zimmerman.

Zimmerman, who suffered from Asperger's Syndrome and schizophrenia, was last seen one day before his birthday. The 24-year-old disappeared on November 14, 2014.

A man walking in a heavily wooded area near the city of Lorain discovered Zimmerman's body around 10:30 a.m. Thursday, March 15, 2015 .

Family and friends have scheduled a vigil to honor Aaron. It will take place Saturday, March 21 at 6:30 p.m.
 
Organizers are asking people to meet them at Day's Dam in the Black River Reservation at Lorain County Metro Parks.

Also, a fund has been set up to help with funeral costs. You can make a donation in Aaron's name at any First Merit Bank.
