It came down to the final minute, but the Cavaliers were able to hold off the Indiana Pacers 95-92 on Friday night at Quicken Loans Arena. Indiana entered the game with a 30-36 record, but did not go quietly.
Entering the fourth quarter the game was tied at 72 and the Pacers managed to get more than one lead in the final quarter. The Cavaliers defense ended up helping them get a victory. They held Indiana scoreless over the last 2:31 of the game to hold on for the win.
Despite being a game-time decision because of an illness, LeBron James lead the Cavs with a game-high 29 points. He lead six Cavs in double figures,. Kevin Love had a double-double with 11 points and 13 rebounds.
The Cavaliers improved to 44-26 on the season. They are off Saturday and will play in Milwaukee on Sunday.
