Viewers first told us about a massive sinkhole on Eddy Road on Friday night. According to the mayor's media relations director, the city of Cleveland was also notified on Friday.

It could not be fixed then, but city workers put up yellow caution tape and orange construction barrels to keep cars and pedestrians away. As of Monday, we're told the sinkhole has been covered by a steel plate.

According to Erica Creech, spokesperson for Cleveland Public Utilities, the hole was tested and involves a sewer issue.

Cleveland Water Pollution Control have scheduled repairs to begin Tuesday, but it's unknown how long they will take.

According to Creech, crews are investigating another sinkhole on Kelso Avenue, which has also been covered with a plate.
