AKRON, OH (WOIO) - A Macedonia man with some pretty recognizable ink now faces a robbery charge for holding up the Mr. Hero restaurant on West Market Street in Akron.

Police say 22-year-old Ryan M. Maholm and Ozzie Gossick walked into the restaurant at 5:30 p.m. Saturday.

Police say Maholm, who has very distinct tattoos on his face, including a tattoo of "Hello Kitty," threatened an employee, hinting that he had a gun in his pocket.

Maholm and Gossick were arrested a few blocks away.

Police recovered $105 taken from Mr. Hero.

Maholm appeared in court Tuesday and pleaded not guilty to charges of robbery, obstructing official business and resisting arrest.

He remains locked up on a $25,000 bond.

Gossick is charged with obstructing official business.
