CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH (WOIO) - The fourth and final suspect involved in the shooting death of a popular Cleveland Heights restaurant owner has pleaded guilty.
Paul Turner pleaded guilty to his role in the robbery and murder of Jim Brennan at Brennan's Colony in June of 2014.
Turner's brother Devonne entered a guilty plea on Friday and faces life in prison without parole.
Paul Turner's sentencing date has not been set.
Two other brothers have also pleaded guilty for their roles in the murder.
Brandon Jones could face up to 121 years to life without parole. Darien Jones could face 37 years to life in prison.
