Cleveland police say they may present a case to the Grand Jury regarding Millisa Foust, who called police to report her six-week-old daughter had been abducted.
That call prompted an Amber Alert for Kemyra Foust at 6 a.m. on Friday, March 27.
Kemyra was found safe at 10:15 a.m.
Police say Millisa Foust's ex-boyfriend Ramon Ogletree brought the baby back several hours later claiming there was a miscommunication.
Ogletree was taken into custody.
So far, no charges have been filed in connection with the Amber Alert.
