Billboards to recall Mayor Jackson going up around town

Cleveland residents are moving forward with their plan to recall Mayor Frank Jackson.

The first, of what organizers say will be many, anti-Jackson billboards was erected Tuesday at W. 25th & Columbus.

The second one will be put up Wednesday at Carnegie & 40th.

The group American Center for Economic Equality blames Jackson for Tanisha Anderson and Tamir Rice's deaths.

Both died last November after altercations with Cleveland police officers.
