After a long day of scientific evidence presented by lighting and sound experts the trial of Cleveland Police Officer Michael Brelo moved out of the courtroom Friday afternoon.
Judge John O'Donnell visited the scene where Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams were shot in a hail of gunfire by Cleveland Police. The scene is at Heritage Middle School in East Cleveland.
After that O'Donnell stopped by a warehouse at the Port of Cleveland where two police cars and the Chevy Malibu Russell and Williams were in has been stored.
This is day five of the trial.
criminally charged in the shooting. Prosecutors believe he is guilty of voluntary manslaughter for firing 49 of the 137 shots officers aimed at Russell and Williams.
