Parma: The Chuck E. Cheese 5 arraigned in court

PARMA, OH (WOIO) - Last month's out-of-control Chuck E. Cheese party continued in court Monday.

The five people indicted on charges in connection with a  March 8, 2015 assault of several

employees during a birthday party were arraigned on various charges including felonious assault and aggravated rioting.

Bond for Jermele Barkley, 35 and Albert Brown, 41, was set at $25,000. Chakara Watts, 21, received a $20,000 bond and both Jahmee Green, Jr. ,22, and Jahmeel Green Sr, 43, have a $5,000 bond.

Police say the attack started when a woman at the party complained to store employees about a broken photo booth machine. After a manager told her she would have to wait, a couple of men also at the birthday party followed the manager into the kitchen area, threatened to kill him and then attacked him. The manager was beaten and struck on the face and head. When other employees intervened to help their manager they were attacked as well.

A total of six employees were injured, including two who were seriously hurt.

Charges against a  17-year-old are pending.
