CUYAHOGA FALLS, OH (WOIO) - Around  2 p.m. Thursday, the U.S. Marshal's Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force, assisted by the Cuyahoga Falls Police Department, arrested Glen Campbell in the 1500 block of 10th Street in Cuyahoga Falls.

Campbell was wanted by the Cleveland Police Department for the stabbing death of a 76-year-old woman on Cleveland's west side. The victim, Eve Hodisan, was found beaten and stabbed to death over Easter weekend. On April 10, a warrant was issued for Campbell's arrest.

Task Force officers developed information that Campbell was at a residence in Cuyahoga Falls. Shortly after arriving at the residence, Campbell was found hiding under a bed and taken into custody.

"This was a senseless murder of a trusting member of the community. We will do whatever it takes to capture cowards who prey on our elderly," said U.S. Marshal Pete Elliott.
