Cavs Playoff Run Continues/Three Dead on Cleveland's West Side/Windy and Cool

As the Cavaliers playoff series continues, the City of Cleveland would like to remind visitors and all those in the downtown area of the parking restrictions that will be in place for the home playoff game Tuesday, April 21 at 7:00 p.m.
"No Parking" restrictions will be in place at the areas listed below. These restrictions go into effect two hours before game time:
• Huron Road (from Ontario Street to Prospect Avenue)
• Prospect Avenue (from Ontario Street To East 14th Street)
• East 9th Street (from Euclid Avenue to Carnegie Avenue)
• East 4th Street (from Prospect Avenue to Huron Road)
In addition to the notification of parking restrictions, the City of Cleveland and Division of Police offer the following advice to improve your visit and downtown experience:
Arrive early. Plan your commute beforehand to effectively utilize your time. For Tuesday's Cavaliers game, there will be a free Fan Fest outside The Q beginning at 4:30 p.m. Arrive early to enjoy the festivities.

A Cleveland EMS official confirmed they were called to 7002 Memphis Avenue at approximately 1:27 a.m. Upon arrival, they found two women and one man, 48-year-old Magnus Dotson, dead on the scene. 
They would not comment on how they died. Cleveland police say the preliminary investigation indicates this was a domestic related murder/suicide.
The Medical Examiner has removed the bodies from two different homes and a SUV was towed from a driveway. A sheet was covering the front windshield of the SUV.
