The Cleveland Cavaliers lead the Boston Celtics 56-48 at halftime in Game 3 of the first round of the NBA Playoffs.
Unlike the first two games, the Cavaliers were the team to get off to a fast start and led most of the first quarter, ending the first with a 31-25 lead. The first half is off to a physical start with multiple hard fouls, including two on LeBron James that were not called.
