Chocolate Bar's Mexican Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pork tenderloin

1 t coco powder 

1 T ancho chili powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Mango salsa ingredients:

1 mango diced

.25 cup red onion diced

.25 cup red pepper diced

2 T chopped cilantro

2 T olive oil

2 T lime juice

.5 t chili powder

Salt and pepper to taste 

After rubbing the pork with chili and coco powder, sear it off in a hot pan then place in 450 degree oven until desired temperature. Remove and let rest before slicing.

Mix all mango salsa ingredients in bowl. Season with salt and pepper to your liking. Slice meat and garnish with salsa.
