CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OH (WOIO) - The Board of Elections will be open for early voting starting this weekend, so voters are advised to take advantage before the May 5th Primary Election.
-Saturday, May 2nd from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
-Sunday, May 3rd from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
There are approximately 120,000 people in 14 municipalities who are eligible to vote. Most voters will decide issues in this Election; the only candidates are in Parma's Ward Four where there are two people running in a City Council Democratic Primary Election.
The Vote by Mail Ballot Return Deadline Return is also approaching. People who cast ballots by mail are reminded that voted ballots must be postmarked on, or before, May 4th.
The deadline for returning ballots in person is May 5th at 7:30 p.m. Ballots cannot be dropped off at polling locations on Election Day. Ballots that are not mailed can only be returned in person to the Board of Elections.
