An arrest warrant has been issued for Leonard Jackson, the commissioner for all athletics in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.
Former CMSD teacher Vito Federici claims he was assaulted by Jackson in May 2014 in the halls of Euclid High School during a basketball tournament.
Federici says Jackson grabbed and pushed him, starting cursing and threatened to harm him.
have issued an arrest warrant for Jackson for assault, menacing and disorderly conduct.
Jackson told police the allegations are false and he did not assault Federici.
In a letter, CMSD placed Jackson on paid administrative leave on April 23 pending the outcome of their investigation.
CMSD officials say Jackson filed a stalking complaint against Federici in October 2014.
Federici tells 19 Action News he was taking pictures of Jackson's car and home.
The police report says the 2014 incident was settled.
Jackson has not officially been charged. He is innocent until proven guilty.
19 Action News reached out to Jackson for comment. So far, he hasn't called back.
