More trouble for Chuck E. Cheese attack suspect Jahmeel Green, Sr.

According to 19 Action News reporter Scott Taylor, Green was tasered after his arraignment earlier this week.

On Monday, all five suspects accused of attacking employees at a March birthday party were arraigned, including a father and son.

The police report states Green and his son were in a holding area on the 12th floor of the Justice Center when the incident happened. Police say 43-year-old Green was trying to pass an unknown object to his 22-year-old son, Jahmeel Green, Jr. when he was told to put his back against the wall.

The deputy tried to handcuff him, but he would not comply. The deputy also tried taking him to the ground, but he resisted.

Green was eventually tasered by a sheriff's deputy and taken into custody.

Both pleaded not guilty to the original assault charges stemming from the incident at the Parma Chuck E. Cheese. Additionally, Green Jr. faces resisting arrest charges and Green Sr. faces obstructing official business and resisting arrest charges.

Although they placed bond and were released from jail, they now face additional charges.
