The Chicago Bulls lead the Cavaliers 49-44 at halftime in Game 1 of Round 2 in the NBA Playoffs.
The Bulls were off to a hot start, including Mike Dunleavy who finished the first quarter with 13 points and shooting 3-of-3 from 3-point land. The Cavaliers were down 16 at one point in the game. The Bulls led 27-15 at the end of the first quarter shooting 52%, while the Cavs shot 25%.
In the second quarter the Cavaliers finally found their rhythm. Halfway through the second quarter Kyrie Irving would score 10 in a row for the Cavs and would cut a 18-point Bulls lead to a 6 point lead on a 10-2 run. The closest the Cavaliers got was 3-points when it was 45-42 with under 2-minutes to go in the half. The first half would come to an end with the Bulls leading 49-44
After finishing the first quarter shooting 25% the Cavs finish the half shooting 39%
