CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Tristan Thompson and the Cleveland Cavaliers have finally agreed to a five-year deal for $82 million.
All $82 million is fully guaranteed.
Tristan made the announcement on both instagram and twitter.
Thompson played in all 82 games (15 starts) in the 2014-15 regular season, finishing with averages of 8.5 points on .547 shooting, and 8.0 rebounds in 26.8 minutes per game. For the 2015 playoffs, he played in all 20 games, starting 15 games in place of injured forward Kevin Love.
Thompson was dominant on the boards in the post season, averaging 10.8 rebounds to go with 9.6 points per game.
