We hear about it all the time, the importance of drinking enough water daily. It's especially something to think about this time of year when we can dehydrate a little easier in the summer heat.
But, beware of too many bottles up. Water bottles, that is. The experts say too much water can be quite dangerous even deadly in extreme cases. The problem is as you drink water you are also eliminating it. That process can eventually purge your body of sodium.
You need sodium in your system to keep the "electronics" going. Just as there are signs you are dehydrated there are also warning signs you are over hydrated. The rule of thumb many say: drink when you start to feel thirsty.
