SOLON, OH (WOIO) - Authorities have charged a Solon man for his role in an alleged murder-for-hire plot.
Prosecutors between January and June 2013, 65-year-old Dennis A. Totarella used cell phones and Internet websites as part of a plot to murder someone in exchange for $40,000.
The feds say Totarella worked with James Martino of Highland Heights, who was indicted last month for his role in the alleged plot.
Totarella is charged via criminal information with one count of use of an interstate communication facility to commit murder for hire.
Martino has pleaded not guilty.
