WARRENSVILLE HEIGHTS, OH (WOIO) -

Warrensville Heights Police have arrested both suspects in the death of 18-year-old Elizabeth Marie O’Brien at the Econo Lodge on Northfield Road last week.

Police arrested 18-year-old Octavius Hudson at his home on Wednesday without incident. The second suspect, 19-year-old Marcellus Lawrence Webster, turned himself in to police on Thursday.

“We would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance,” said Chief of Police Wesley Haynes. “Your cooperation aided us in bringing swift justice to Ms. O’Brien’s case.”

On July 17, Warrensville Heights Police responded to a shooting at the Northfield Road Econo Lodge around 4:30 a.m. Upon arrival, police discovered O'Brien's body. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner later ruled the cause of death as a result of a gunshot wound.
