Recipe: L'Albatros

L'Albatros Frisee Lardon Salad

For the frisée: 

Dijon mustard 1 1/2 Tbl

ZB white balsamic vinegar 1/2 cup

Bacon fat optional

Salt and pepper to taste

ZB extra virgin olive oil  1 cup

Mix mustard and vinegar together  slowly add the olive oil  season to taste

For the grilled peach salad: 

Dijon mustard. 1 1/2 Tbl

Zb balsamic vinegar 1/2 cup

Zb extra virgin olive oil 1 cup

Salt and pepper to taste
