FOUND: 12-year-old boy from Stark County

MASSILLON, OH (WOIO) -

Saturday Update 11:15 a.m.:

Authorities report that Daniel was found in Massillon and is safe.

Original Post:

An endangered missing child alert has been issued for 12-year-old Daniel James Horvath of Massillon. 

Daniel was last seen around 8:40 p.m. leaving his home in the 3400 block of Lincoln Way East in Massillon. 

Daniel is white, with brown eyes and blonde or strawberry blond hair. He is 4'9" and weighs 75 pounds. He was last seen wearing tan shorts with no shoes and no shirt. 

Officials say his has a developmental disability and is drawn to water. 

While this is not an Amber Alert, the child is believed to be in danger.
