Francona to be with John Farrell during first chemo session

Last week Boston Red Sox manager John Farrell revealed that he has lymphoma and would take a leave of absence from the team.

Current Cleveland Indians skipper Terry Francona said he will be with Farrell during his first chemo session on Tuesday. Farrell coached with the Red Sox under Francona from 2007-2010. The two were also teammates as players with the Indians.

The Indians are in Boston for a three-game series.
